visiting the Admission and Registration Department (Mr. Ghazi Jaradat - Second Floor).

Visiting the Deanship of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies in order to activate the university numbers.

Following up with the Ministry's coordinator, Mr. Alaa Al-Omari, in the Deanship of Student Affairs, Office No. (118) to obtain the dispatch movement.

Returning to the Department of Admission and Registration (Mr. Ghazi Jaradat) to register the materials.
