About the Conference
The International Conference on New Trends in Business Environment 2023 (ICNTBE, 2023) organized by the Faculty of Business - Yarmouk University is an important event intended to bring together faculty members from various business schools and departments to share knowledge, exchange ideas and network with colleagues. This conference aims to provide a platform for the exchange of best practices, emerging trends, and innovative ideas in the business environment and foster the creation of new collaborative opportunities. The ICNTBE, 2023 is an opportunity for attendees to connect with other like-minded professionals, build new relationships, and gain new insights that can help them improve their teaching, research, and services to the academic community and practitioners. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and networking events, attendees will explore topics such as the future of business in a rapidly changing world.
The ICNTBE, 2023 covers four main tracks that capture the new trends in the business environment: Accounting and Finance, Business Management and Marketing, Economics, Public Administration and Healthcare Management. Each track focuses on different thematic areas of interest and research. This conference, therefore will give academics and industry professionals from all over the world the chance to discuss crucial problems pertaining to these four tracks, seeking the development of new policy recommendations that can support the business and economic growth, and prosperity especially in developing countries. The ICNTBE, 2023 invites all theoretical and empirical research, as well as case studies enabling researchers and practitioners to comprehend all of the new trends in the business environment.
The main objectives of the International Conference on New Trends in Business Environment are as follows:
1. To offer a forum for academics, researchers, practitioners, business owners, entrepreneurs, and students to exchange information and best practices in new trends in the business environment.
2. To discuss the contemporary business trends, difficulties, and practices.
3. To pinpoint current and future business trends that might promote organizational excellence, sustainable growth, and economic expansion.

Submission Information
Conference Proceeding and Publication Opportunity:
Researchers should submit original, unpublished research papers. All papers must not simultaneously be submitted to another journal or conference. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Moreover, qualified papers will have the opportunity to be published in Scopus indexed journals, (further information regarding the journals will be announced later). The decision of whether any of the papers can be included in the journal publication remains at the full discretion of the journal editors. The selected papers for publication will be subject to a publication fee as determined by the journals.
Author Guidelines:
1. The scientific committee will review all articles received by the submission deadline to ensure that the submission is relevant and aligned to the conference themes and sub-themes.
2. The research topic should be related to one of the conference tracks, and interdisciplinary topics in more than one track are welcomed.
3. Submissions are accepted in both English and Arabic languages.
4. Submitted papers should be original work that have not been previously published.
5. The total word count for the research paper should be between 4000-7000 words including all references and appendices.
6. In case of acceptance, the author or one of the co-authors should be available to present the paper at the conference.
7. All papers must be submitted in Microsoft Word format, and researchers are advised to follow the submission guidelines .
