If a regular student at Yarmouk University submits a new application to join it, and admitted in the same specialization department, he/she keeps his/her full academic record, provided that he/she completes the graduation requirements; in this case, the duration of the previous study is counted for him within the maximum number of years of graduation, and if he is admitted in another specialization, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of article (18) are applied to him. Article 24: Credit hours corresponding with the university requirements, which have been studied for more than seven years aren’t counted for the purposes of obtaining a degree from the beginning of the second semester 2014/2015. (Article 24 was added by the decision of the Council of Deans in its meeting No. 43/2014 on 3/11/2014). Article 25: The student must obtain a clearance from the university to complete his graduation procedures. Article 26: The bachelor's degree has a due date and it is granted at the end of each semester. Article 27: A student mustn’t claim that he is ignorant of these instructions and he doesn’t review the bulletins issued by the official announcements at the university Article 28: The Council of Deans is responsible for tackling the problems that might arise from implementing these instructions. Article 29: The University President, the Deans of the Faculties, and the Director of Admission and Registration Department are all responsible for implementing these instructions.
