54 6. A student who has been readmitted to the university based on a new high school average and has transferred from one major to another may transfer again. F. The Admission and Registration Department considers the courses that the student has studied at the university, whether passed or failed, including the compulsory requirements in the study plan of the major to which he transfers. A student can request considering the courses he passed including the optional requirements of the university, faculty, or specialization to which he is transferred only once, and the marks of all the approved courses are included in of the cumulative average (taking into consideration the provisions of article 10; the study plan of the major to which he transfers to is applied for one year. G. The provisions of probation and dismissal mentioned in article (11) of these instructions are applied to the student. H. One semester is deducted from the maximum number of graduation years for every (15) credit hours calculated for him in the cumulative average of passing and failing, as well as the marks of the courses (passed, failed). Note: The fees of the transfer application from one department to another at the university were determined according to item (I/1) issued by the Board of Trustees resolution adopted in its meeting No. (5/2013) held on 9/9/2013, as follows: (5) Five JDs from students admitted in the regular program. (10) Ten JDs from students admitted in the parallel program.  These amended courses are applied to students who will be admitted from the beginning of the academic year 2021/2022 onwards.  Students of 2021 and before are not allowed to register for courses outside the plan for all university majors since the beginning of the first semester 2021/2022.  These amendments are not applied to the students who hold university numbers 2020 and above; these students must meet the current transfer conditions issued before the amendment within a limited period that doesn’t exceed the end of the summer semester 2021/2022,; students of 2020 and before are not allowed to register courses outside their study plan by the beginning of the academic year 2022/2023. (All instructions for moving from one major to another were amended based on the decision of the Council of Deans No. 507/2021 dated 25/10/2021). (The decision of the Board of Trustees of the University in its meeting No. 2013 on 9/9/2013 and applied as of the second semester 2013/2014).
