The students must show their excellence in either one of the following games: football, basketball, volleyball, handball Athletics, racquet, karate, taekwondo, chess, and swimming.

The High Committee for the Management of the University Proficiency Exam in the Higher Education Accreditation And Quality Assurance Authority decided to hold the university proficiency exam for the last time for all students inside and outside the Kingdom on Sunday 30/8/2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. the exam will last for one hour for each student from the moment of entry, the Committee hopes commitment in taking the exam on time since it is the last chance. In case of failing the exam, the next session will be held at the end of the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021.

. There is no transfer to the major of medicine, nor from one major to another within the Faculty of Arts.

· Applications that have not met the requirements will not be considered.

· Transferring results will be announced at the beginning of the first quarter 2019/2020.

 

. A transfer request fee in the regular program is (5) JD.

- A transfer request fee in the parallel program is (10) dinars.

 

Conditions for submitting a transfer application from one specialty to another (for bachelor's students)

Apply for one application and choose only one specialty.

The student must not have been previously transferred from one discipline to another.

The student should not be dismissed from the section to which he wishes to move.

Applying for transfer and fulfilling the conditions does not mean that the student will be transferred since this depends on the available vacancies.

Terms of transfer from one discipline to another

First) Transfer by rate in high school and according to the reason of admission as shown below:

A- Students whose admission is competitive: their high school rate must be higher than or equal to the rate of discipline to which the student wishes to move in his/her admission year to university.

B- Students whose admission is not competitive: the rate of discipline in which the student competitively accepted should be higher than the rate of discipline to which s/he wishes to be transferred to. Another case is that the student's rate in high school must be higher than or equal to the rate of the discipline to which s/he wishes to transfer to in his/her admission year to the university.

Second) Transfer according to the cumulative rate:-

The student must have studied at least (30) credit hours successfully at the university and has a numbered mark which should be entered into his study plan and obtained a cumulative rate of at least very good at the end of the semester. Also, (9) credit hours - identified and published on the university's website – should be included in the major he wishes to be transferred to. The student's score in any of the three courses should not be less than (70%)

- The old transfer system (6 hours) will be in process until the end of this semester (summer 2018/2019) only.

Important notes:

. There is no transfer to the Faculty of Medicine.

. Students who have accepted at the Faculty of Fine Arts cannot transfer to other disciplines on the regular program but on the parallel program.

. Students with high school rates of less than (80%) cannot be transferred to the disciplines of the Faculties of Pharmacy and Hajjawi for Engineering even if they meet the other conditions.

. Students with a high school rates of less than (75%) are not allowed to be transferred to the disciplines of the Faculty of Shari'a even if they meet the other conditions.

· Students who wish to transfer to the Faculty of Physical Education must pass the prescribed medical examination.

. Disciplines of Child education and Class Teacher are for females only.

Yarmouk University announces the start of applications for undergraduate students for the first semester of 2019/2020 for students who have completed high school or equivalent, and who wish to study at Yarmouk University.

Application begins from Wednesday morning, 31/07/2019, and until the results of the makeup course appear. Students must follow up their e-mails entered in the admission application, in addition to yarmouk university's website to follow up their applications, and any application that does not meet the requirements will be cancelled. Students can pay the applications fees through the Financial Department at Yarmouk University or in any branch of Cairo Amman Bank in the Kingdom as follows:

The application fee in the regular program is (5) JD is paid on the reference number for the first choice.

The application fee for the parallel program is (15) JD is paid on the reference number for each application.

  • · (85%) In the discipline of medicine and for the scientific branch only.

Achieving a minimum admission rate does not mean that acceptance is necessary, but that the vacancies should be available.

- Applicants for the disciplines of the Faculty of Arts are subjected to test of abilities to be announced later.

- Applicants for the discipline of physical education are subjected to the medical examination scheduled by the Faculty of Physical Education.

Third:  Documents required at the time of acceptance (not refunded):

  1. The original high school grades transcript in Arabic for those who have the Jordanian High School.

تعلن جامعة اليرموك عن بدء تقديم طلبات الالتحاق لدرجة البكالوريوس للفصل الأول 2019/2018 للطلبة الحاصلين على الثانوية العامة او ما يعادلها على النحو التالي :

* الطلبة غير الاردنيين في البرنامجين الدولي لتخصص الطب والموازي في باقي التخصصات  .

* الطلبة الاردنيين في البرنامج الموازي لتخصصات الطب ,الصيدلة,الهندسة المدنية,الهندسة الصناعية,المحاسبة , اما باقي التخصصات سيكون القبول بها مباشرة بعد صدور نتائج الثانوية العامة .

يبدأ التقديم اعتباراً من يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 03/07/2018 , وبإمكان الطلبة دفع رسوم طلبات الالتحاق من خلال الدائرة الماليه في جامعة اليرموك أو في اي فرع من فروع بنك القاهره عمان في المملكه ، وعلى الطلبة متابعة بريدهم الالكتروني المدخل في طلب الالتحاق بالاضافة لموقع جامعة اليرموك لمتابعة طلباتهم ، كما وسيتم إلغاء أي طلب التحاق غير مستوفٍ للشروط المطلوبة .

ثانياً : الشروط اللازمة للقبول:

* الحد الأدنى للقبول :

  • (85%)  في تخصصص الطب وللفرع العلمي فقط.
  • (80%)  في تخصصات الصيدله والهندسة .
  • (65%)  في باقي التخصصات .

* يخضع المتقدمين لتخصص هندسة العمارة وتخصصات كلية الفنون لإمتحان قدرات يعلن عنه لاحقا .

* يخضع المتقدمين لتخصص التربية الرياضية للفحص الطبي المقرر من كلية التربية الرياضية .

ثالثاً : الأوراق الثبوتية المطلوبة عند القبول (غير مستردة):

1. كشف علامات الثانوية العامة الأصلي باللغة العربية للحاصلين على الثانوية العامة الأردنية.

2. معادلة شهادة الثانوية العامة من وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية وصوره عن كشف العلامات للطلبة الحاصلين على الثانوية العامة غير الاردنية والتي تحتاج لمعادله ,او كشف علامات الثانوية الاصلي مصدق من وزارة التربية والتعليم الاردنية للشهادات التي لا تحتاج لمعادلة .

3. صورة مصدقة عن جواز السفر ساري المفعول وشهادة الولادة للطلبة غير الاردنيين .

4.صورة مصدقة عن هوية الاحوال المدنيه وشهادة الميلاد للطلبة الاردنيين .

5. صورة مصدقة عن البطاقة التعريفية الامنية (الممغنطه) الصادرة عن المراكز الامنية في مديرية الامن العام للطلبة السوريين.

رابعاً :  رسوم القبول (غير مستردة عدا رسم التأمين ):

  • في البرنامج الدولي :
  • 1. (50) دولار رسم طلب التحاق تدفع عند تقديم الطلب .
  • 2. (360) دولار رسم قبول.
  • 3. (14) دولار رسوم خدمة انترنت (اشتراك اختياري).
  • 4. (187.5) دولار للفصل الأول والثاني و(94) دولار للفصل الصيفي رسوم خدمات تدفع مع رسوم الساعات.

خامساً : ترد الرسوم الجامعية للطالب المستجد في البرنامجين الموازي و الدولي  في الحالات التالية:

  1. يعاد (90%) من رسوم الساعات المعتمده فقط اذا انسحب الطالب من الجامعة قبل بدء الدراسة حسب التقويم الجامعي .
  2. يعاد (75%) من رسوم الساعات المعتمده فقط اذا انسحب الطالب من الجامعة خلال الاسبوع الاول من بدء الدراسة حسب التقويم الجامعي .
  3. يعاد (50%) من رسوم الساعات المعتمده فقط اذا انسحب الطالب من الجامعة خلال الاسبوع الثاني من بدء الدراسة حسب التقويم الجامعي .
  4. يعاد (25%) من رسوم الساعات المعتمده فقط اذا انسحب الطالب من الجامعة خلال الاسبوع الثالث من بدء الدراسة حسب التقويم الجامعي .
  5. في الحالات التي يقبل فيها الطالب او ينسحب من الجامعه بعد نهاية الاسبوع الثالث من بدء الدراسة فلا يرد له اية مبالغ سوى رديات الاتلاف (التأمينات).
