Actions required to achieve the objective: 1. Amending the postgraduate instructions to achieve the development of the evaluation process of master's theses and doctoral dissertations, and procedures for approval. 2. Directing topics of dissertations and theses to address the problems of the local community and the national development priorities. 3. Transferring gradually to the path of the thesis instead of the comprehensive exam in all graduate programs offered by the university. 4.
