28 1. Reducing the number of undergraduate students in the university gradually, in line with the infrastructure to reach about (25000) students by 2020. 2. Hiring new teaching staff, especially in departments that suffer from a shortage of teaching staff, in order to achieve national accreditation standards. 3. Improving the standards and mechanisms for appointing teaching staff. 4. Attracting faculty members from distinguished international university graduates through a special incentive system. 5. Activating a scholarship system for first ranked students in their majors to study in prestigious international universities. Fifth: Developing the student performance assessment system to ensure the quality of university program outcomes, achieve the accreditation standards, and prepare students for the university proficiency test. Actions required to achieve the objective: 1. Developing the system of examinations and grading at the university in order to able to effectively measure the extent of student achievement of the learning outcomes of the academic course. 2. Developing a system to evaluate students' learning outcomes at the program level. 3. Utilizing the results as a feedback to improve the level of academic programs at the university.
